Synopsis

This is an excerpt from a Glam Metal opera which also draws its inspiration from 60’s action cartoon themes, Grand Guignol, and Kafka.  The piece centers around a boy who, after years of being relentlessly bullied for his love of lizards, decides to turn himself into one and seek revenge on his adversaries.  It’s campy, but at the heart of it is the idea that all of our experiences ultimately shape who we are.
